I have been using the service of excess baggage for almost 3 years, their service is efficient, cost effective, reliable and excellent. My shipments have always arrived at the destination intact, within the specified time frame given and always without any issues. I will recommend their service over and over again.
Excess Baggage helped with everything from courier service from the police department, to paying all the necessary fees, to safely bundling our forgotten luggage, and finally to successful and expedient delivery back to our home across the pond. Highly recommend for their great communication throughout the whole process.
While being processed thru scanning at the Dublin Airport returning to USA, I somehow lost count of the trays on the belt and left my iPad behind. I can’t describe the wave of panic that ran thru me. John and Dave of Excess Baggage Company helped to retrieve it and shipped it to my home. This had gotten to become a very complicated ordeal, not caused by them! They couldn’t have been more polite and more persistent in resolving my situation, keeping me informed at every turn of event. If only all companies were run with such superb customer service. After etihad totally trying to rob us for 600 euros for an extra suitcase as we were returning back to australia from ireland after getting married , i met these guys in the airport who i didnt know about. They were really friendly and charged us 200 euro and our bag was here on the date they said. This is a brillant service i would recommend them to anyone sending bags and dont let the airlines hold a gun to your head looking for disgusting amounts of money in relation to luggage. A 5 star top class servicr thanks alot.
Job done!! Shipment from Dublin to Lisbon cost me 100 eur. The luggage arrived 3 days later.

Great service, I need to send some stuff back after attending a fair, and they came collecting the boxes on Saturday at 7PM, out of the usual service time. A bit expensive, but absolutely perfect service
