Yes, we deliver to home addresses.
Not in relation to delivery. Please be aware however that every shipment needs to clear local customs before we can actually deliver them. If you are sending anything that attracts taxes/duties in the destination Country, this will need to be settled before we can deliver your items.
If your shipment has not been dispatched yet, then yes, you can do this free of charge.
If your shipment is en route, we can certainly arrange to change the delivery details but there is a charge of €15 for doing this.
We are currently unable to deliver on weekend days or bank holidays.
If we receive your booking in the morning time, we can normally arrange collection the next day. It is best however to give as much notice as you can.
If you live in an area where one of our drivers is scheduled to be that day, then yes, we can certainly pop round to you and collect your shipment !
If there is no one home when our driver gets to your house, unfortunately they will need to move on to their next collection and they can not return that day. You will need to contact our head office to arrange an alternative collection slot. [email protected]
You can include most things in your shipment, but please pay particular attention to the list of prohibited items.
Yes, there certainly is. Please read and pay particular attention to the list of prohibited items:
– aerosols (or any pressurized container)
– perfume
– nail varnish
– any other flammable liquids
– tomer/printer cartridges
– tobacco
– alcohol
– money (including small changes)
– medications
– perishable food
– power banks and loose batteries
– lithium battery*
* You are only permitted to ship TWO devices containing a lithium battery. eg. one phone and one laptop
All shipments are x-rayed and are subject to security searches.
Yes, we can accept liquids.We can not accept liquids that are flammable, contain alcohol, or are in aerosol sprays.
No, perfume (and aftershave) contain alcohol and so are prohibited for transportation. Other cosmetics cause problems too such as nail varnish/nail varnish remover, and anything in an aerosol spray (body spray, deodorant, shaving gel, hairspray, etc etc). These items can not travel so please do not pack them.
All shipments are X-Rayed prior to acceptance by the airline. All prohibited items will be discovered and will cause problems for your shipment. Any shipment with banned items inside will be returned to us for removal of said items and will incur a levy of €200. Shipments can also be withheld and destroyed by the airline if they deem fit.
If you have exceptionally large pieces (>150cms), then please call us for confirmation.Your destination will determine what the limitations will be.
Alkaline Batteries and power banks……..
We cannot accept shipments containing loose batteries or packets of batteries. Batteries can only be sent when included within a working device in line with the below guidance. Power banks are also strictly prohibited on all services.
Lithium-ion Batteries……….
Lithium batteries are a type of rechargeable battery found in several items that we use on a daily basis.
Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, cameras, portable speakers, wireless games console controllers, wireless keyboards and many other devices.
Lithium batteries pose a serious fire risk and as such are heavily regulated on international courier services.
You are only permitted to ship a TOTAL OF TWO device containing a lithium battery in your shipment

If in doubt, customers should check with local authorities at their destination to confirm if customs/import taxes apply to the nature of the items that they are sending.
When sending domestically within the same country, or between countries that are members of the European Union, your shipment will not require customs clearance.
If you are sending internationally between countries that are not both member states of the European Union you will be required to complete a packing list detailing the contents and estimated used value of your goods for customs purposes.
Most countries, offer a tax and duty free allowance for returning residents, travellers and settlers who send unaccompanied baggage containing personal clothing and personal effects (sports equipment etc.) which are for their sole use and which have been owned by them for a minimum of 6 months. Please note that not all countries offer this allowance
You pay your deposit online with a credit/debit card when making your booking.
The balance of your shipment can be paid online, bank card, bank transfer, paypal, or indeed cash.
We accept cash on collection, you can do a transfer directly to our bank account, or we can send you an invoice that you can pay online. All is fine by us.
