Media Onboard

The Excess Baggage Company act as Irish agent for Media Onboard. This is a special service for professionals travelling with large amounts of equipment such as TV crews, sports teams, musicians etc.

Through Media Onboard we can prearrange transportation of such equipment, enabling the passenger to travel with all of their equipment on board the same flight as themselves. This service is currently available for all Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines and United Airlines passengers. Other airlines in the Star Alliance network are soon to come on board.

Contact us in advance of your travel and we can help you with pre-payment of excess baggage at special rates, personal attendance at check-in, assisting with customs formalities etc.
